This painting was inspired by a helicopter ride Vanessa took over KC for her birthday. The ride was a thoughtful gift from her special someone who knew it would offer unique views. The style is different for Vanessa, more graphic and was inspired by a printmaking class she had taken earlier that summer. The original painting is available at the Leopold Gallery.
